Placing an order

To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button shown on each product page.

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Checkout with PayPal", we will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability.

For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Delivery

We ship orders throughout Israel, Australia, Europe, Canada and the USA. See below for information on delivery costs. Delivery time is up to 14 work days. Prices are in US Dollars.

  • We can't ship orders on Saturdays, or Jewish Holidays.
  • Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
  • There is Express delivery option available. Inquieries regarding this option can be made via Email: service@boutiqueamalia.com.
  • Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
  • You can track your order by using a barcode which will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you are having trouble tracking your order, you can contact us via Email: service@boutiqueamalia.com.
Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email.

If you cancel your order within the Statutory Cancellation Period and the goods have been delivered, or are subsequently delivered to you, you must return the goods to us within 21 days of cancellation and take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession. If goods are not returned to us, you will be charged for the direct costs incurred by us in recovering the goods.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the receipt date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be in resalable condition.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Please help us by making sure that when trying on garments, that you do not remove the labels and avoid wearing make up, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a mark or scent. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. We will only accept returns on items which are in a saleable condition with ALL tags attached and in any original packaging.

Deliveries of returned goods will be at your expense. We will be more than happy to consider recovering a part of those expenses. Please contact us in that matter. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please email us at service@boutiqueamalia.com if you wish to return or exchange an item. Please include your name and order number and reason for return.

Items which have no tags attached or have been worn will not be refunded.

Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.

Faulty items

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at service@boutiqueamalia.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

You have 7 days from the receipt date to return your order to us for a refund.

For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns outside our Returns Policy, please email us at service@boutiqueamalia.com for further assistance.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. You will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed, and place a new order.

When you select to purchase a product from Amalia, we collect your personal information to fulfill your purchase request.

This information includes your full name, email address and shipping addresses only. We don't hold access to your charging or Billing information which is secured with PayPal system.

Under your specific request, your email address may be used to register you to receive newsletters from Amalia. Should you at any point change your mind about receiving these communications, please select the unsubscribe link which is present in each email we send to remove yourself from the list.
